The Vib360 System has pioneered a world-first solution for real-time, online peak pressure measurement. By installing a single digital peak pressure sensor on any one cylinder, the system can accurately provide peak pressure readings (in bar) for all the other cylinders on the engine.
Client:
One of our largest maritime and logistics customers in the Middle East, operates a fleet of Offshore Supply Vessels (OSVs) with over 6000 running hours per year. Given their high utilization rates, reliability is paramount. This customer has been an early adopter of our Vib360 technology since 2021, and late last year they conducted a study to evaluate the latest feature – the peak pressure measurement module.
Objective:
To assess the accuracy of the system, the Customer conducted a series of tests over several days using one digital peak pressure sensor installed on a single cylinder to measure the peak pressure of all units in real-time. and assess the accuracy of our system.
Results:
The tests yielded accurate peak pressure data, which matched manual measurements taken by the crew. The system’s ability to balance cylinder power output helped the ship team optimize engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. The system is now permanently installed on several vessels, with verification tests carried out by ship staff confirming the system’s accuracy and value.

Study 2: India’s Largest Port & Harbour Services Operator
Client:
This customer is India’s largest Port & harbor services operator and has a fleet of over 100 tugboats across multiple locations in India and internationally. Since 2021, they have been using our Vib360 system as a Service Tool, utilizing it to monitor engine health and optimize maintenance strategies.
Objective:
The Peak Pressure feature was tested on two different days to assess the system’s capability of monitoring real-time peak pressures and balancing cylinder performance without the need for additional sensors on each unit.
Results:
The system performed exceptionally well, delivering real-time pressure readings across all cylinders using just one sensor. The crew successfully used the data to optimize engine performance and make data-driven decisions for maintenance and fuel efficiency.
